Product Overview

When a device has a controller and a protocol, AIS-G160 uses a "protocol layer" approach to connect the dedicated controller directly to digitalization.

AIS-G160 is positioned as an "industrial equipment IoT expert." It adopts a high-performance SOC chip with embedded edge algorithms to deliver log parsing, database analysis and reverse control across multiple devices. It supports one-to-one or one-to-many docking and data acquisition for 500+ industrial equipment protocols.

For SMT equipment, AIS-G160 collects equipment status, working parameters, faults and event alarms by parsing log files or database files. For dedicated controllers such as PLC, CNC, injection molding machine and robot, it performs deep protocol acquisition through rich serial and network interfaces. For legacy PLCs missing point tables, AIS-G160 also supports no-point-table listening — passively tapping the PLC–HMI communication to auto-identify parameter register addresses, networking an entire plant of legacy PLCs without OEM cooperation.

On top of acquisition, AIS-G160 supports data caching and breakpoint recovery (no data loss), edge computing and data cleaning, condition-based alarm generation, and reverse control with control-parameter breakpoint retention. It is the core node of a factory's "protocol layer" full-domain digitalization, and is often combined with APM-G220 and AIS-T100 to cover all equipment types.
